Project Activities

This conference will focus – among others - on the legal and economic analysis of contract personalization in digital and non-digital contracts and its implications for the parties’ autonomy, redress, privacy and welfare generally. The conference welcomes contributions on any topic related to the legal and economic aspects of contractual personalization from an experimental, empirical, economic, or purely legal perspectives.
