Recently I got a tablet, and to make it 'visually aesthetic (?)" I was searching for icon changers (like x icon changer) and in the app store it said something like they could share some kind of info to 3rd party members. I couldn't find any information about that, so i was worried about what info they could share and if those apps are safe enough to download and use (my tablet is for uni projects and classes, and it contains some personal info). I would love to be able to change that flag to a different icon so it does not overlap our custom map. A simple crosshair or anything. Not one icon will work for everyone so being able to control that in your Survey 123 Connect and then push out to your survey would be fantastic.

Hey peeps, how's everyone doing? I'm searching for an app that I can use to change my home screen icons, but one that, after I've finished using, I can uninstall and the changed icons will remain. I've tried many but no one kept the icons upon uninstall. Does anyone knows an app I can use?

To be clear, I am not against change in any form. I could be happy to welcome a new and improved set of icons for SketchUp Pro. But to receive my support, the essence of the change would need to be a clear step forward in functionality, a change that shows deep understanding and consideration for the needs of the 8 hour a day Professional user, with a design objective to optimize efficiency and clarity.

I am having trouble figuring out how to change the colors of the magnifying glass and the hamburger menu icon in the header. They are currently gray, which will look awful on top of a green header. The white icons will also match the new header logo.

However, perhaps as we are now on one of the latest releases, now the home, search, and menu icons are greyed out. Can you explain how to make these icons white with opacity of 1? Did any of the selectors change?

Yes, these selectors are a little more specific now and we removed the opacity entirely in favor of using a solid color (there was a bug in Safari where SVG icons were clipped slightly because of the opacity).

I have a similar problem as the OP, probably somewhat simpler: For some reason the colour of the header icons got darker for no apparent reason (I assume it was related to the tidy-up measures on your side). Since my header is a darkish, I want the icons brighter.

As said by @william2 - thats the solution. His additional dialog about downloading and storing icons from the internet to a local storage has many advantages. For example, if the internet is down or unavailable, your icon will still display. Storing local can improve performance some depending on icon size and complexity. The hubitat hub has a rudimentary 'File Manager' found in the Settings page where you can upload icons and other files. I personally find it too rudimentary and use a my BlueIris security camera server to also host a web folder that reflects all my icons that I just drag and drop into that shared folder using my windows machines. Dashboard tiles are not the only place where icons (and images) can be useful - Tile Master 2 by the great @bptworld allows a place to use icons repeatedly for on / off switches and sooo much more!
