Registration

The registration for the conference will be done after the acceptance of abstracts. The author of selected abstracts has to registered himself/herself by 15th October 2019 and pay the registration fee by 15th October 2019. However, authors may be given a chance to pay the registration fee on spot, i.e. on arrival provided s/he has registered herself/himself by the due date. The registration fee include conference kits, food and accommodation.

Students participants from SAARC nations: INR 1500

Participants from SAARC nations: INR 2500

Accompanying persons and Observers: INR 4000

All others: USD 100/ equivalent in INR

Kindly note that the membership of LSI is mandatory for presenting a paper at this conference and that the registration fee indicated above is separate from the LSI membership
