I am Fiona Iwala, the Program Director of the 3rd International Conference on Future-Ready Leadership and Resilience 2026 (ICOFL 3.0). It is an incredible honor to lead this initiative, which serves as a stepping stone for students of the Faculty of Law and International Relations to embark on a new journey in academic discourse, leadership, and professional growth.
