ICOFL 2026 

The 3rd International Conference on Future-Ready Leadership and Resilience 2026 (ICOFL 3.0) is an exclusive one-day international conference designed for university students, aimed at empowering the next generation of leaders with the essential skills to thrive in an ever-changing world. Building upon the success of its inaugural edition, ICOFL 3.0 represents another significant milestone for the Faculty of Law and International Relations Student Association (PMFUHA), Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin (UniSZA), in its continuous pursuit of academic excellence and global engagement. Hosted by PMFUHA, UniSZA, ICOFL 3.0 will take place on 7 May 2026 at the UniSZA Library Auditorium. The conference will bring together distinguished keynote speakers, industry professionals, and academic experts to share invaluable insights on resilient, inclusive, and future-ready leadership. This new category aims to nurture early interest in research and leadership discourse, providing younger participants with a valuable platform to showcase their ideas, creativity, and critical thinking skills at an international-level conference. These exhibitions will provide participants with opportunities to explore innovative leadership initiatives, academic research, and career pathways. More than just an academic gathering, ICOFL 3.0 serves as a vibrant platform for students to network, exchange innovative ideas, and engage with global perspectives on leadership and resilience. As PMFUHA’s flagship international project, the conference continues to set new benchmarks for student-led initiatives, fostering a community where young leaders can learn, collaborate, and shape the future together.
