Accommodation Details at Saurashtra University, Rajkot:
Limited accommodation on a first come first serve basis for student is available in the Saurashtra University guest house @1500 INR for the full three-day conference.
Accommodation Details at nearby hotels (Twin sharing):
Accommodation booking (up-to August 30, 2025) for students is available @800 INR per day per head in nearby hostels from Saurashtra University campus. Beyond August 30, the charges will be @1000 INR per day per head.
Accommodation booking (up-to August 30, 2025) for Faculty is available @1250 INR per day per head in nearby hostels from Saurashtra University campus. Beyond August 30, the charges will be @1500 INR per day per head.
It is mandatory for everyone to fill out the following form after the Registration and accommodation payment -
The charges for the accompanying person are Rs. 3,000/- INR (Local Hospitality) + (Accommodation charges are separate as per the chosen categories).
