Guidelines for Presentations

Invited Talks

Each invited talk will be allocated a 30-minutes slot. Actual presentations should leave 5 minutes for questions. We request you to manage your talk within the allocated time.

The preferred formats are PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat. Computer systems with Windows operating systems and MS Office will be available and presenters are expected to use the conference system and not their own laptop to minimize setup time. Please upload your presentation to our laptop and ensure it works before your respective session. We suggest bringing a copy of all the files, including movies, in multiple media formats (e.g., CD and/or USB key). Please use standard codecs for video to minimize risks of playing issues during presentation on the conference computer system. Also, please be in touch with your session chair.

Oral Presentations

Each oral presentation will be allocated a 12 - minute slot. Actual presentations should leave 2 minutes for questions. We request you to manage your talk within the allocated time.

Poster Presentations

Posters should be mounted before or during lunch time of the day of their session and removed at the end of the session. The maximum poster board size is Width 60 cm x height 90 cm  in portrait orientation. Please respect these maximum dimensions.
