Registration Fees

Indian Delegates (INR)

• UG/PG Students:  Rs. 3,000+18% GST=Rs. 3,540 up to December 15, 2026

• PhD Scholars: Rs. 3,500+18%GST=Rs. 4,130 up to December 15, 2026

• Postdoctoral Fellows: Rs. 4,000+ 18%GST =Rs. 4,720  up to December 15, 2026

• Faculty members: Rs. 4,500+18% GST= Rs. 5,310  up to December 15, 2026 

• Industry Delegates: Rs. 5,000+18% GST= Rs. 5,900  up to December 15, 2026

• After December 15, 2026 a late registration fee of Rs. 1,180 will be added to each category.        

International Delegates (USD)

• International Student: $150 upto December 15, 2026

• International Academician: $200 upto December 15, 2026 

• International Industry Professional: $250 upto December 15, 2026 

• After December 15, 2026 a late registration fee of $100 will be added to each category.

Registration Fee Inclusions

The registration fee covers the following components for the duration of the conference:

• Access to all technical tracks, keynote addresses, and plenary sessions.

• Conference Kit containing the official program booklet, abstract book, notepad, and pen.

• Hospitality: Mid-session high tea, refreshments, and official networking lunches.

• Participation Certificate (or Presentation Certificate for authors).

Payment Methods

Participants can securely pay their registration fees using the following options:

2. UPI Payments (via Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm using the official conference QR Code)

3. International Credit/Debit Cards (via the secure payment gateway on the website portal)

Registration Policy

• Author Registration: At least one author of each accepted paper must register under the appropriate "Author" category.

• Refund Policy: Registration fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

• Receipts: Digital invoices and formal payment receipts will be automatically generated and emailed upon successful verification of the transaction.
