Accommodation Guidelines 

🏛️ On-Campus Accommodation (Subject to Availability)

Limited accommodation is available inside the sprawling Banaras Hindu University (BHU) campus for registered delegates and presenters.

• Basis of Allocation: Provided strictly on a shared and payment basis, subject to real-time room availability.

• Types of Rooms: Standard Non-AC and AC rooms in University Guest Houses (such as LD Guest House, Chanakya Guest House) or Scholar Hostels. 

• Prioritization: Preference will be given to student research scholars and outstation presentation authors who register during the Early Bird period.

• How to Request: A dedicated "Accommodation Request Section" will be active within the official Online Registration Form. Attendees must submit their travel itinerary and choice of stay during registration.

• Payment: Room tariffs must be settled directly at the respective guest house/hostel reception desk upon arrival.

🗺️ Off-Campus Booking Options (Near BHU Campus)

For delegates who prefer independent or guaranteed private lodgings, several highly rated hotels are available immediately outside the university perimeter or near the vibrant Lanka and Assi Ghat areas.

Disclaimer: Delegates planning to stay off-campus are strongly advised to secure their room reservations early, as hotels near the university and ghats experience high occupancy year-round.
