Manuscript Submission

The International Conference on IoT and Operational Technology Devices 2025 invites original contributions advancing the Internet of Things (IoT) and Operational Technology (OT) field. We encourage submissions from researchers, practitioners, and industry experts.

 Submission Categories

• Full Papers: Original research contributions (up to 10 pages, including references).

• Short Papers: Work-in-progress or preliminary findings (8 pages).

• Posters: Brief presentations of ongoing research (2 pages).

• Demos: Demonstrations of IoT and OT technologies (2 pages).

Important Dates:

• Submission Deadline: 10 May 2025

• Notification of Acceptance: 8 July 2025

• Camera Ready Submission: 15 July 2025

• Registration:15 July 2025

• Conference Dates: 29-30 August 2025

Formatting Guidelines

• Document Format: MS Word/PDF(Latex).

• Template: Use the provided conference template on the website.

Submission Process

• Online Submission: All submissions must be made through the conference management system (link on the homepage).

• Anonymity: Submissions should be blind-reviewed. Do not include authors’ names or affiliations in the document.

• Originality: Submissions must be original and not under consideration for publication elsewhere.

• Review Process

All submissions will undergo a double-blind peer review process. Review criteria include originality, significance, technical quality, relevance to the conference themes, and clarity of presentation.

• Presentation Requirements

One of the authors of accepted papers must present their work at the conference.

 Presentations will be scheduled based on the submission category.

• Ethics and Policies

Plagiarism: All submissions will be screened for plagiarism. Violations will result in rejection.

 Dual Submission: Simultaneous submission to multiple conferences/journals is not allowed.
