Submission Guidelines

Manuscripts must be in English and formatted according to the conference template.
Use a standard font (e.g., Times New Roman, 12 pt) and 1.5 line spacing.
Include a title, abstract (150-250 words), keywords, and references.
Length:
Full papers should be between 6 to 10 pages, including figures and references.
Short papers, if applicable, should not exceed 6 pages.
Figures and Tables:
All figures and tables must be clearly labeled and referenced in the text.
High-resolution images (300 dpi) should be provided.
Tables should be in editable format.
Submission Process:
Submit your manuscript via the conference submission portal only.
Ensure to include author names, affiliations, and corresponding author contact details on the title page.
Review Process:
All submissions will undergo a peer-review process. Authors will be notified of acceptance/rejection by the deadline.
The conference strictly discourages the use of scientific wring tools, preprinting and self plagiarism/ references similarity in any manner. Please avoid such practices. No queries/No refunds regarding self plagiarism will be entertained under any circumstances.
The maximum permissible similarity limit is 15% including references where the similarity should not be more than 2% from a single source (Including references).
Presentation Guidelines
Oral Presentations:
Presentation is mandatory (No presentation/absence will lead to drop of papers, authors will not be eligible for any claims in these cases)
Each presenter will have 10 minutes for their presentation, followed by a Q&A session.
Prepare your slides in a format compatible with PowerPoint or PDF.
Ethical Considerations:
Authors must ensure that their work is original and not under consideration elsewhere. Any potential conflicts of interest should be disclosed.
