Submission Types
There are two types of submissions: abstract and full papers. Abstract must be submitted to the ConfBay Online Submission System at in Microsoft Word format. Authors are strongly encouraged to use the official abstract/extended abstract/full paper template provided on the conference website.
Short Abstract
Full Paper
Authors wishing to participate must submit a short abstract. Accepted abstracts will be published in the ICICET2026 Program Book. The abstract should briefly outline the study’s purpose, methodology, key findings, and significance, and must not exceed 250 words. All submissions will be screened by the scientific committee for relevance. Upon submission, authors will receive a confirmation email and a unique submission ID for reference.
A full paper is an original, unpublished scientific manuscript that includes an abstract, introduction, methodology, results and discussion, conclusion, and references. After abstract acceptance, selected authors will be invited to submit a full paper for consideration in ICICET2026 partner journals. Full papers must be submitted through the respective journal submission platforms, and acceptance is subject to each journal’s review policies and requirements. Additional publication fees apply for accepted manuscripts.
Presentation Slides
The main format for poster presentations at ICICET2026 is live (in-person) presentation. Authors accepted for poster sessions are expected to prepare a professionally designed, visually clear poster suitable for display during the conference. Guidelines are available to assist in preparing and submitting the presentation materials.
Poster Presentation
Those who are accepted for poster presentations are expected to prepare high-quality, visually clear, and well-organized posters suitable for display during the conference. Guidelines are available to assist in preparing poster presentations.
Recorded Video Presentation
The main format for oral presentations at ICICET2026 is live (in-person) presentation. However, for participants who are attending online, oral speakers are required to record themselves narrating a digital version of their presentation. Guidelines are available to assist in preparing and submitting recorded presentation video.
