What happens when you delete your account?
The following data will be permanently deleted:
Profile Information (Name, Email, Phone)
Saved Vehicle Details (Registration Number)
Saved Payment Methods (Tokenized data)
App Preferences & Favorites
⚠️ Important Retention Policy: To comply with tax and legal regulations, we are required to retain Charging Session History and Invoices for a period of 5-7 years even after account deletion. This data will be archived securely and not used for any other purpose
Once your request is processed, you will lose access to your account immediately. This action cannot be undone.
To permanently delete your account, please contact us using one of the methods below:

Please include your registered email address or phone number in the body of the email so we can locate your account.
