Registration

Registration is open at the link Registration Form below. You will be able to: 

• Provide your personal and institutional data.

• Choose whether you want to participate with or without a talk.

• Download a latex template for the abstract. 

After generating your abstract, please send your LaTeX and PDF files to cidma-gach@ua.pt  (no later than February 23, 2024).

Please rename your LaTeX and PDF files according to the rule: Surname_Name_ICHAA_2024.tex and Surname_Name_ICHAA_2024.pdf.

Keep in mind that the total number of possible contributions in the form of a talk is limited. Eventually, there will be a poster session for PhD, MSc, or undergraduate students who want to present their work.

Conference Fee

The registration fee for the event is 60 euros and includes coffee breaks and conference material. 

The payment of the registration can be made from January 1st until March 04th by bank transfer using the following details:

Following the transfer, participants must send proof of the bank transfer with the identification Surname_Name_ICHAA_2024_Fee.pdf  to cidma-gach@ua.pt, together with the following data for issuing the receipt:

• Participant's name

• Affiliation

• Affiliation Address

• VAT Number or Passport Number
