These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application Ice Melt Focus (the "App") provided by BBL TECHNOLOGY LTD ("we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The App
Ice Melt Focus is a productivity and focus timer app. It helps you run focus sessions, track progress with tags and stats, and visualize completed sessions with an ice-melting theme.
Features may change over time as we improve the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding agreement under applicable law to use the App. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the App only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
3. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Ice Melt Focus on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and Google Play policies.
You may not:
• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the App except as allowed by law
• Remove proprietary notices
• Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Attempt to interfere with the App's normal operation
4. No Account Required
You can use core features without creating an account. Your session history and settings are stored on your device unless we introduce optional cloud features later and you choose to use them.
5. User Content and Data
You are responsible for the tags, labels, and settings you enter in the App. Do not enter sensitive personal information you do not want stored on your device.
You can clear App data from Settings or by uninstalling the App.
6. Health and Productivity Disclaimer
Ice Melt Focus is a focus and time-management tool. It is not a medical, mental health, or therapeutic device. It does not provide medical advice. Use breaks and healthy habits as needed for your well-being.
7. Notifications and Device Features
If you enable reminders, the App may send local notifications. You can disable reminders in the App or in your device settings.
Optional sound and vibration depend on your device settings and permissions.
8. Intellectual Property
The App, including its name, design, visuals, text, and code, is owned by BBL TECHNOLOGY LTD or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.
9. Third-Party Services and Stores
The App is distributed through Google Play. Your use of Google Play is also subject to Google's terms and policies. We are not responsible for Google Play availability, billing, or account issues.
10. Updates and Availability
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time. Updates may be required for continued use or security.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BBL TECHNOLOGY LTD AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR PRODUCTIVITY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR ZERO IF THE APP WAS FREE.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED.
13. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App.
Sections that by nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive termination.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to BBL TECHNOLOGY LTD, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
