Ice Melt Focus is designed to work primarily on your device.

• Focus session history (duration, completion status, tags, timestamps)
• Tags and preferences you create
• App settings (timer length, daily goal, Pomodoro options, reminder preferences, sound/haptics, ice display options)
This data is stored locally on your device using on-device storage. We do not require you to create an account to use the App.
b) Permissions
Depending on your device and settings, the App may request:
• Internet access — to open links such as this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, and for basic network connectivity
• Notifications — only if you enable daily reminders
• Vibration — for optional haptic feedback
You can deny notification permission; core focus features will still work.
c) Information we do not intentionally collect
We do not require:
• Name, email, phone number, or account credentials to use the App
• Precise location
• Contacts, photos, microphone, or camera access
2. How We Use Information
We use on-device information solely to:
• Run the timer and focus sessions
• Show your ice pile, calendar, stats, streaks, and achievements
• Apply your tags and settings
• Deliver optional daily reminders you enable
• Improve app stability and user experience on your device
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information.
Because session data and settings are stored locally on your device, we do not receive a copy of your focus history through the App's core features.
If we later add advertising, analytics, crash reporting, or cloud sync services, those third parties may process limited technical data under their own policies. If that happens, we will update this Privacy Policy.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
Your session history, tags, and settings remain on your device until you:
• Use Clear all data in the App settings, or
• Uninstall the App
Clearing data or uninstalling removes locally stored App data from that device.
5. Children's Privacy
Ice Melt Focus is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate action.
6. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect information stored by the App on your device. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Please keep your device locked and updated.
7. Third-Party Links
