• Prospective authors are invited to submit original technical papers for publication in the ICECCC-2026. 

• Only PDF/Docx files will be accepted for the review process, and all submissions must be made through Microsoft CMT only. 

• All the received papers will be reviewed by three reviewers, by the experts in the respective domain.

All papers should adhere to the following guidelines;

• For Microsoft-Word please use the most current version of IEEE conference template, which will help reduce word-to-pdf conversion issues such as embedded fonts, bookmarks, etc. 

• LaTeX is the preferred method to prepare your manuscript. Please use the standard LaTeX IEEE conference template.

• Do not include page numbers or header or footer. 

• Authors who receive final acceptance, after paper revision only can register for the Conference.

• All the registered papers must be presented in the conference for publication.

• All accepted and presented papers will be submitted for possible inclusion to IEEE Xplore Digital library subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements

• Refund policies shall be as per the standard norms of IEEE conferences.

Non Presented Paper

• IEEE Conference Organizers, in agreement with the IEEE Conference Sponsor, have the right to exclude or limit a paper from distribution if the paper was not presented at the conference.
  
  IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference, including removal from IEEE Xplore Digital Library®, if the paper is not presented at the conference.
