All accepted and presented papers will be submitted to IEEE for possible inclusion to IEEE XPLORE digital library subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements. Registration is mandatory for possible inclusion to conference Proceeding to be published by IEEE XPLORE. Refund policies shall be as per the standard norms of IEEE conferences.
