Procedures for Obtaining an Entry Visa to Egypt

Participants from Tunisia and Algeria may benefit from Egypt’s entry procedures as part of a tourist group, provided they have a guarantee letter signed by an accredited Egyptian travel agency.

To facilitate the process for participants, the Organizing Committee will coordinate with an Egyptian travel agency to provide the guarantee letter for groups of participants (two or more people traveling together), for a fee of  €20 per participant, payable upon registration for the seminar. This fee includes the issuance of the guarantee letter as well as transportation from the airport to the hotel.

We would also like to remind participants that obtaining the visa upon arrival at Cairo Airport is mandatory, and the fee is currently estimated at approximately USD 30.

Participants wishing to benefit from this procedure are kindly requested to include the guarantee letter fee in their registration fees. Subsequently, an email containing the flight ticket and a copy of the passport will be sent.

يمكن للمشاركين من تونس والجزائر الاستفادة من إجراءات الدخول إلى مصر ضمن مجموعة سياحية، مع توفير خطاب ضمان موقّع من وكالة سياحية مصرية معتمدة 

لتسهيل الإجراءات على المشاركين، ستتولى اللجنة المنظمة التنسيق مع وكالة سفر مصرية لتوفير خطاب الضمان للمجموعات من المشاركين (شخصين أو أكثر يسافرون معًا)، مقابل رسم قدره 20€  لكل مشارك، يُدفع عند التسجيل في الندوة. ويشمل هذا المبلغ إصدار خطاب الضمان، بالإضافة إلى خدمة النقل من المطار إلى الفندق.

كما نذكّر المشاركين بأن استخراج التأشيرة عند الوصول إلى مطار القاهرة ضروري، وتُقدّر رسومها حاليًا بحوالي 30 دولارًا 

يرجى من المشاركين الراغبين في الاستفادة من هذا الإجراء إدراج مبلغ خطاب الضمان ضمن رسوم التسجيل،

 و إرسال بريد إلكتروني يحتوي على تذكرة الطائرة ونسخة من جواز السفر.
