Registration & On Site Payment 

• Academic International Participants (Arab, European..): €170 excluding taxes (€200 including taxes ~ 225$) 

• Industrial Participants: €210 excluding taxes (€240 including taxes ~ 270$) 

• Accompanying: 1 adult person €120; 1 Child  €90;

Taxes hotel accomodation (VAT + Service Charge + Tourist Tax) : The applicable taxes on hotel accommodation will be paid directly by the participants (10 €/night/adult). 

For one participant staying in a single room, the total participation and accommodation fee is €230 (~ US$260). 

Please note: We recommend exchanging your money into US dollars, as this is more convenient in Egypt. For budgeting purposes, the fees can be converted using the following exchange rate: €1 = US$1.1255.
