ICECC'26 – First International Conference on Environment and Climate Change: 

Experimental Approaches, Machine Learning and Smart Technologies for Water, Biotechnology and Agriculture

The First International Conference on Environment and Climate Change: Experimental Approaches, Machine Learning and Smart Technologies for Water, Biotechnology and Agriculture (ICECC'26) will be held from December 23–26, 2026, in Cairo, Egypt.

The ICECC'26 Organizing Committee, led by Harmony+, in collaboration with Delta Water, the main partner of the SMAWA-MEDI project, together with researchers from the University of Carthage in Tunisia and partners and researchers from Egypt and other countries (Algeria; Spain...) aims to provide a high-level international scientific forum dedicated to advancing research and innovation in the fields of environmental sciences, climate change, water resources, biotechnology, agriculture, and smart technologies. 

The conference will bring together researchers, engineers, policymakers, industry professionals, and practitioners to exchange cutting-edge scientific knowledge, present recent advances, and foster interdisciplinary collaboration. Particular emphasis will be placed on integrating experimental approaches, advanced modelling, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and smart technologies to address global challenges related to climate change, water security, sustainable agriculture, environmental protection, and biotechnology.

A major highlight of ICECC'26 will be its focus on the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) in environmental and agricultural sciences. Dedicated sessions will explore how data-driven methods, predictive analytics, intelligent systems and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies are transforming environmental monitoring, climate adaptation, water resources management, precision agriculture, biotechnology, and decision-support systems.
