Carol Mickett and Robert Stackhouse (Artists) shall direct this collaborative project which will include several managers from around Pinellas County and a plethora of ice cube engaged citizens. The project will culminate in a Mickett/Stackhouse and Cool Pinellas participants exhibition at Wild Space at The Factory in St. Petersburg, FL.
