WSSV microarray

Description

The ICDSA provides a customized WSSV microarray prepared from the WSSV-TW strain (GenBank No. AF440570). This microarray consists of 484 WSSV ORFs with PCR products amplified from WSSV genes, and it allows changes in the levels of all of these WSSV genes to be investigated simultaneously.
