Description

dsRNA mediated RNA silencing is a powerful technological platform for characterizing the in vivo function of the target gene. Because of a lack of shrimp cell line, this platform has become a major assay system for both shrimp and shrimp pathogen research.

Form our ICDSA scientific research resources, we have already established over ten dsRNAs which directed against genes isolated from shrimp and its pathogen. Below is a gene list of our dsRNA library. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in one of them.
