Visa Information

In the immigration procedure in Japan, all international visitors must present a valid passport, and Visa excluding some exemption countries. Visa Support Letters

ACM is able to provide visa support letters to attendees as well as authors with accepted papers, posters, or members of the conference committee.

For visa support letters, refer all requests to supportletters@acm.org 

Please allow up to 10 business days to receive a letter. All requests are handled in the order they are received. 

Invitation Letter

In case you need an Invitation letter for visa application procedure from the local organizers, please contact ICDCN2026 Secretariat c/o Kadinche Corporation (icdcn2026@kadinche.com) with your registration confirmation number once you have registered. We will then provide you with a complementary document from the Japan organizers for the Japanese Embassy or Consulate.
