** The fees include admission to technical sessions, Welcome Reception (January 7), Banquet (January 8), Lunches, Refreshments during Breaks. 

Note for the Authors

Author registration Deadline: November 30, 2025

1. At least one author per paper must complete registration and payment *by November 30, 2025.* Papers without a completed paid registration by this deadline will be WITHDRAWN and will NOT be included in the proceedings. Please ensure timely registration to avoid withdrawal of your paper!
   
   

2. At least one author of each accepted paper (main conference including posters and demos, as well as workshops) must register at the Regular rate (either ACM member or non-ACM-member), even if the author is a student. Student registration is applicable only for student attendees without accepted papers and for doctoral symposium authors who do not have papers accepted in other tracks. 

3. One Regular registration covers presentation of up to two papers by the same author.
   Authors with three or more papers accepted must pay an additional presentation fee of JPY 30,000 for each paper beyond the second paper, instead of full registration.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel your registration for any reason, please notify us via email. Cancellation requests received before November 30, 2025, will receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received after December 1, 2025. Refunds can only be processed to the credit card to which the original charge was made. This includes all types of registrations and extra tickets. No-shows are subject to the full fee.

On-site Registration

On-site registration will be possible but only online with a valid credit card. Cash or other forms of payment will not be accepted.
