Participants are requested to submit paper through below link

Instructions for Paper Submission

  1. Click on the link and login into easy chair account. If you don’t have an account, please sign up for an easy chair account.

  2. Click on “Enter as Author”.

  3. Fill in all the author details. Check the corresponding author details.

  4. In the title enter the “Track of the conference”-“Title of the paper”. For example ICCME 21-Analysis of Pulsed Ejectors.

  5. Enter the abstract, keywords and upload the extended abstract of the paper as a pdf file and click on submit.

Guidelines for Paper Presentation

  • Each presenter will get 15 minutes for presentation + 10 minutes for Q & A.

  • The presentation should be only in MS PowerPoint (*.ppt or *.pptx) or PDF formats.

  • The first slide should display the title of the presentation, name of the presenter and affiliation.

  • Presentation time restrictions are to be strictly followed.

  • Presenters are requested to send your presentation in advance to avoid any last-minute technical issues.

  • The deadline for presentation submission: 20th September 2021

  • The time slot for all the presentations with the presenter's name will be updated on our website by 15th September 2021. The participants will be informed accordingly.
