Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.
1. Only Indian authors are eligible for the travel grant
2. Presenting authors of accepted and registered papers are only eligible for this grant
3. Maximum of Rs 1000 for selected presenting authors
4. Reimbursement on submission of tickets at the conference on 20th of December 2024
5. Participants applying for grant must stay for both the days of the conference and attend all the keynotes
6. Shortlisted candidates will be announced 15th December 2024

*ICCCSMD reserves the exclusive right to disburse the grant in accordance with our established guidelines and criteria. All funds will be allocated based on compliance with these guidelines, and ICCCSMD retains full discretion over the approval and distribution process
