III. Participants from other countries:

USD 300 (on or before 8th, August 2022) and after the deadline -USD 365 (including 3 nights twin sharing accommodation, all breakfasts, lunches and dinners)

*We will pick the foreign delegates from Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, Hyderabad. A minibus carrying delegates leaves the airport at 6 PM (IST) and reaches Warangal by 8.30 PM (IST) on 24th, August, 2022.

Cancellation Policy

70% refund for cancellation before three months (only bank charges will be deducted)

50% refund for cancellation before two months

No refund for cancellations after 25. 06. 2022
