Policies

Registration Policy In order for workshop papers to be published in the IEEE ICC Workshops 2025 Proceedings and IEEE Xplore®, at least one author (including students) of an accepted paper is required to register for the workshop at either the Full or Limited author registration rate and the paper must be presented by an author or authors named on the paper. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. Author registration will open on the IEEE ICC 2025 website in the coming months at https://icc2024.ieee-icc.org/registration, and an email will be sent when it is open.

For authors with multiple accepted papers, one Full or Limited registration is valid for up to 3 (THREE) papers at one workshop. Although the registration confirmation code enables submission of up to THREE papers, it can only be used once, by you, to create an author account for your submissions. Please do not share your registration confirmation code with anyone else. One Workshop registration is valid for one person, which covers up to three (3) papers the registrant authored or co-authored. If the registrant has multiple papers in DIFFERENT Workshops, the registrant needs to register for EACH workshop.

No-Show Policy

The organizers of IEEE ICC Workshops 2025 as well as attendees expect each Workshop to be held in person and each presentation to be given in person at the workshop by the specified panelist or by an author of that paper. ICC Workshops 2025 will be an in-person conference, and online live presentations will not be possible. A workshop and/or workshop papers that fail to meet this requirement will be removed from the final conference proceedings before uploading to IEEE Xplore®. No refund will be made to authors of these papers. Please read carefully the full policy shown below under "IEEE COMSOC POLICY".

IEEE COMSOC POLICY 

To be published in the IEEE ICC Workshops 2025 Conference Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the AUTHOR (member or non-member) rate and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference unless the TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter arranged in advance of the event and who is qualified both to present and answer questions. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one full registration is valid for up to 3 papers [at the same workshop]. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the IEEE ICC Workshops 2024 Conference Proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore® as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases.
