Hello there! We're Ildi and Courtney, the owners and creative minds behind IC Arrangements. Together, we are choosing to make balloon arrangements with some of our free time. We are currently sophomores in college, with Ildi majoring in financial management and Courtney studying secondary education. For years, we've been crafting balloon arrangements for various occasions, spanning from birthdays and proms to graduations and countless other events imaginable!
