Microsoft office mac home & student 2011 The reason for the 3 stars, is that the keyboard is hard to see. All silver keyboard with very faint blue light showing through. It doesn't show up in the light and very little in the dark unless you are directly over it. Dell's design engineer is way off on this. Sound worked when i got it. Three days later, just static. Took it in and they said it could be driver or speakers. they sent it out and it turns out that the sound went out when Microsoft automatically updated. Seems to work fine now. Time will tell. Other than that, it is a very nice computer.
