ICAGDD-2026 – Registration Instruction

We warmly welcome participants to register for the International Conference on AI for Genomics and Drug Discovery (ICAGDD-2026), organized by the Department of Bioinformatics, Bharathiar University.

Please read the instructions carefully before filling the registration form.

1. Registration Process

1. Fill in the online registration form carefully with accurate personal, academic, and institutional details.
   Fields marked with * are mandatory.
   Upload a valid Student / Scholar / Faculty / Industry ID wherever applicable.
   Maximum file size allowed: 2 MB.
   You may use online compression tools such as ILoveIMG (JPG) and SmallPDF (PDF) to reduce the file size if needed.
   International participants must ensure correct passport details, if required.

2. Payment Instructions

After filling all mandatory sections—Personal, Contact, Academic, Participation, and (optional) Accommodation—the total payable amount will appear.

Participants can pay using:

After successful payment:

• Upload the payment proof (screenshot/receipt) in the form.
  Maximum file size allowed: 1 MB (Compress using ILoveIMG/SmallPDF if needed.)

3. Accommodation (Optional)

• Limited accommodation is available in the University Guest House on a first-come, first-served basis.
  Participants may request accommodation support while registering.
  Accommodation charges are separate and will be informed based on availability.

4. Confirmation & Communication

• Your registration will be processed and verified upon receipt of payment.

• An official confirmation email with payment receipt will be sent to your registered email ID.

• All future communication regarding the event (program schedule, updates, certificate, etc.) will be sent to the email ID provided during registration.

Important Notes

• Double-check the email ID, mobile number, and uploaded documents before submission.

• Uploaded ID proofs and payment receipts must be below 1 MB.

Registrations are non-transferable and non-refundable.

• Limited slots — early registration is strongly encouraged.

• Participants must make their own travel arrangements.
