Students/Faculties (PhD/Postdoc/Others/IITP) Online: Rs. 2500/-
Academia-Faculty/Industry, R&D/PSU/Services Offline: Rs. 6000/-
International Participants (Indian Passport Holders): 10000/- (INR)
Registration Fee 5000/- or above, include accommodation in the hostel, Kits and foods (for conference days) for the offline participants.
Registration Fee 2500/- and above, include special issue submissions.
Participants from IIT Patna need to register with 2500/-.
Only one paper presentation is allowed for one registration. Extra accommodation shall be arranged on payment basis. The paid fee will not be refunded under any circumstances. Faculties of University/College can avail guest house accommodation on first come first serve basis subject to the availability with nominal additional payment.

Note: Full paper is not required during conference registration process. Registered participants who want to submit their papers in special issues will be notified after the conference. It may be submitted within February, 2026.

All outstation offline participants will be accommodated in the hostels of IIT Patna on a shared basis.
Limited number of slots are available for the contributory talks.
Travel Support:
First twenty registered participants will be provided travel fare by train. Reimbursement of sleeper class travel expenses on non-premium trains within India will be provided. Based on the availability of funds, more participants can be provided the travel support.
