Similarity of Contents
Overall, not more than 15% during all stages of publication.
Single source, not more than 2% during all stages of publication.
References are excluded from the similarity score.
ICACT follows Turnitin/ithenticate to check similarity, no other platform reports should be referred to. ICACT will not be providing the similarity report to the authors at any instance, only the similarity count will be provided in case of any deviations.
Self Citation
It is highly discouraged, however relevant citations can be referred to (No more than relevant self citations are allowed, irrelevant citations are highly discouraged and the paper will be dropped if found at any stage of the conference. Authors will not be eligible for any refund of registration fees/claims).
Irrelevant citations
The paper will be dropped at any stage of the publication and the author will be barred from ICACT conference with no eligibility to claim any kind of refund in registration fees
Arxiving
Arxived papers should be informed in writing to the secretary at secretaryicact@gmail.com by quoting the paper ID before the notification.
Presentation
Mandatory for at least one of the authors of the manuscript.
Conference/Communication Deadline
Authors are requested to adhere to the guidelines written in the communication email and follow the timelines strictly.
Refund Policy
There is no refund in the case of paper withdrawal after registration.
No refund in case of absence from presentation (papers are dropped in case of non-presentation).
Submission Guidelines
Papers should be submitted in English.
Papers should be original, unpublished work that is not under review elsewhere.
Submissions should follow the ICACT 2025. paper template available on our website. - Papers should not exceed 10 pages, including figures, tables, and references.
Tables and equations should be editable, and figures should have good visibility.
All the references should be cited inside the manuscript
All papers will undergo a rigorous peer-review process.
