Registration is mandatory for in-person attendance. 

In order to register, please fill out the pre-registration form after hitting the button below. The pre-registration deadline is Oct. 30th 2026. You may express your interest in giving a talk or presenting a poster, with relevant details, through the form. We will be announcing selected speakers and posters by Nov.15th 2026. To confirm your participation, you will need to transfer the registration fee of €150 following the details in the form. The deadline for registration confirmation and payment is Nov. 30th 2026.
