In the current role, she promotes the economic/trade and Investment relations between the state of North Rhine Westphalia, Germany and India. Ambika has ten plus years of expertise in international and Government affairs through her previous advisory role in the German Diplomatic mission- German Consulate General, Bangalore. She has worked closely with German as well Indian Industry sector and federations and successfully handled high profile business and political delegations and events which were catered to strengthen the Indo-German bilateral relations.

Dr. Kumar successfully conducted various Entrepreneurship training programmes supported by DST, Ministry of MSME, GOI, EDII and NIESBUD Noida. Dr. Kumar is a Business Coach of Business Blasters (Word’s Largest Start-up program) an initiative of Govt. of Delhi. Dr. Kumar is a Mentor for MSH Start-up Hub under the Ministry of Electronics & IT, GOI, Start-Up Uttarakhand, Start-Up Punjab and Start-up India & Member Advisory board at SCIET, DSVV, Hardwar Uttarakhand & BBDITM Lucknow, U.P., External Member in Various IIC.
