Instructions for Abstract Submission
Please submit your abstract through the google form given below. Please follow the guidelines to create the abstract.
The abstract must be prepared in the form of a Microsoft Word document.
The title should be written in bold font with a size of 16.
The title should be followed by author-list and affiliations displayed in regular font of size 12.
The abstract should be written in font size 12 and single line spacing. It should be limited to 300 words.
No figure or reference should be inserted.
The email-id of the corresponding author may be provided as a footnote.
All the content must be typed in "Times New Roman".

Registration Fee
Foreign Delegates*: USD 649 including 18% Goods & Services Tax
Academic Professionals: INR 12,980 including 18% Goods & Services Tax
Industry: INR 15,576 including 18% Goods & Services Tax
Students**: INR 5192 including 18% Goods & Services Tax
For each person accompanying the foreign delegate, an additional fee of USD 295 (including 18% Goods & Services Tax) has to be payed. The additional fee is Rs. 4720 (including 18% Goods & Services Tax) for each person accompanying an Indian delegate. For instance, an Indian Academic Professional participating with two accompanying persons would pay a fee of INR 12,980 + 2 x 4720 = INR 22,420.
*Based on the country where the affiliated organization/institute/university is situated.
** Individuals pursuing an academic degree/diploma.
Registration fee includes conference materials, food, and certificates for participants. Additionally, the registration fee does not include lodging expenditure. Limited in-campus accommodations are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please contact Prof. T. K. Bandyopadhayay at tapas@rgsoipl.iitkgp.ac.in for out of campus accommodations (depending on availability).
