Yash holds a B.Tech degree in Computer Engineering from HITAM, JNTUH University in India, and M.S. degrees in Computer Science (Data Science track) from UNC Charlotte in the USA. Head of the Department CSE, IIT Ropar With nearly two decades of experience in academia, including teaching and research, Dr. Sudarshan Iyengar has taken on the role of educational reformation aligning with modern trends and the evolving landscape. He has been mentoring and supporting teachers nationwide with focus on adopting state-of-the-art transformational learning techniques, integrating technology, and fostering creative learning research.
Dr.P.Nagabhushan
Prathiba Nagabhushan is an educational psychologist who completed her PhD at the Australian National University, Canberra. She has over three decades of teaching experience in a variety of educational settings, at different levels of educational system in India, Mexico and Australia, with diverse students and across a wide range of cultural contexts. Prathiba's publications include student motivation and engagement in learning, global trends in education and pre-service teachers’ emotional well-being. Her current research interests include self-efficacy in students, ICT in education and educational practices and research in engineering education. Prathiba is currently teaching Psychology at St Mary MacKillop College, Canberra and English Curriculum and Teaching Methods to M. Teach students at the Australian Catholic University in Canberra. She is also engaged in voluntary service as an Educational Consultant to several secondary schools in India and for Indo-Universal Collaboration for Engineering Education.

A. Lavanya Reddy is an IBPYP Facilitator in Silver Oaks International School, Hyderabad. With a passion for cultivating an interactive and student - focused learning atmosphere, she certified as Visual Facilitator and Sketchnoter from Visual Thinking School, Netherlands. Having six years’ experience as a teacher, of which five years are as IBPYP Facilitator she cultivated a distinctive teaching approach through the integration of Sketchnoting- a unique skill which enriches learning experience. She employed different teaching strategies, incorporating audio and visual activities to address all learning styles and created and revised PYP Unit of Inquiry with grade level team members and PYP Coordinator. With an aim to inspire a love for lifelong learning by implementing innovative, inquiry based teaching methodologies aligned with the IBPYP framework she has been extensively working towards providing differentiated instruction to keep all students at expected skill level

An avid art enthusiast, she integrates art into her coaching practice to encourage innovative thinking, problem-solving, and self-discovery. With a strong passion for continuous growth, systemic thinking, design thinking, and innovation, she offers long-term one-on-one and group/team coaching. Her coaching addresses key areas such as emotional intelligence, self-management, holistic development, conflict resolution in the workplace, fostering team cohesiveness, and managing diverse team dynamics.

Bhavani Ramamoorthi is a Leadership Trainer, Dialogue Weaver, and University Educator with extensive experience in leadership research, dialogue facilitation, and culinary education. She is passionate about designing and facilitating training programs that strengthen teamwork, enhance clarity, and foster creativity through innovative leadership tools such as powerful questioning, visual harvesting, appreciative inquiry, and storytelling. With expertise in teaching and conducting generative conversations, she has designed participatory workshops and professional development programs for multicultural teams, school leaders, and teacher educators.
