The convergence of industry and academia is pivotal for driving innovation and economic growth in the era of Industry 4.0. This workshop, "Fostering Industry-Institute Interaction Through the Adoption of Industry 4.0 Technologies," is designed to explore and enhance the collaborative synergy between industry stakeholders and academic institutions. By leveraging Industry 4.0 technologies, such as IoT, AI, robotics, and data analytics, this workshop aims to facilitate meaningful partnerships that drive technological advancements and real-world applications.

Thinking is a skill. Understanding artificial intelligence and leveraging its potential is one of the most essential skills for the future. The workshop incorporates human stories, leadership storytelling, generative listening, and 3D mapping. The scope of the workshop is holistic and effective in fostering a deep understanding about leadership qualities the GenZ students must possess to make a special mark for themselves in this chaotic world. The first step towards this is Empathy and Sensing the Ecosystem and Utilizing the power of human stories. Leadership storytelling involves participants sharing their vision for the future, reflecting on the past, providing context, and inspiring the team towards a shared goal. Generative Listening explores the art of listening. Teaching and practicing generative listening can enhance communication and understanding among team members, fostering a culture of open dialogue and collaboration. 3D Mapping helps visualizing the system and provides a tangible representation of the one’s ecosystem, allowing participants to see the interconnectedness of different elements. It is a hands-on session involving peer discussions, Individual and group activities and working with prototype models.

Problem-solving is a vital skill. Harnessing the power of the Internet of Things (IoT) to create innovative solutions is becoming increasingly essential in today’s connected world. This workshop equips students with the knowledge and tools to design and build IoT solutions, from concept to deployment. Participants will engage in interactive sessions, hands-on prototyping, and collaborative brainstorming to address real-world challenges using IoT technologies, demonstrating how IoT can transform industries and improve everyday life.

The workshop explores developing Visual Vocabulary and ability to do communicate using hand drawings. Students learn to make visual notes to memorize and learn instead of mugging up using long paragraphs. Drawing is the student’s natural language. When teams Communicate & collaborate with visual hand drawings & visual game plays instead of power points & LECTURES. You can communicate faster, more approachable, expand creativity, build together, clarify processes, simplify and fun. It helps to learn visual jargons, learn new story telling narrative, business transformation, social media, and content marketing.
