Submission Guidelines

Update: Please note that we will be publishing the proceedings through the CEUR Workshop Proceedings (CEUR-WS.org). As a result, we are now requesting authors to use the CEURART formatting style. 

Formatting Instructions

1. Language: Papers must be written in English.

2. Format: Please use the official CEURART LaTeX template:

         2. Overleaf version

3. Length: A regular paper has at least 10 "standard" pages (1 standard page = 2500 characters) and an appropriate number of references. It shall contain enough substance that it can be cited in other publications.

4. Review Process: Submissions will be reviewed in a double-blind manner.  Please ensure your paper is anonymized.

5. Typesetting: Avoid excessive use of formatting tricks to fit content. Please don't modify style files or layout parameters.

Already Prepared Using ECAI Format?

We understand some authors may have already prepared their papers using the previous ECAI template. If you're unable to switch to the CEUR format in time, we will still accept your paper for review. However, if accepted, the final version must be formatted using the CEUR template.

Steps to Submit a Paper on CMT

1. Access the Conference Page: Use the provided conference link or search in CMT.

2. Log In/Create Account: Sign in or register if new.

3. Start a New Submission: Click "+ Create new submission" (select the track if needed).

4. Fill Submission Form:

   • Title & Abstract: Enter your paper’s title and abstract.

   • Authors: Add all co-authors.

   • Domain Conflicts: Declare conflict domains.

   • Subject Areas: Choose relevant topics.

   • Upload File: Submit your paper in the required format (e.g., PDF).

   • Answer Questions: Complete any extra fields.

5. Submit & Confirm: Click "Submit" and check the Submission Summary for confirmation.

6. Edit If Needed: Modify or delete submissions before the deadline.

The Microsoft CMT service will be used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service is provided for free by Microsoft and they bear all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
