These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your legal access to and use of any mobile applications, tools, utilities, and digital services published by Asad Irfan (collectively, the “Apps” or “Services”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or utilizing any of our Apps, you explicitly agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Apps and must immediately delete them from your device.

1. Eligibility

The Apps are strictly intended for users who meet the minimum age requirements specified in the relevant App Store listing for their geographic region. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these age eligibility criteria.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any App published by Asad Irfan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any supplemental guidelines or operational policies integrated into a specific App.

3. Definitions

• “User”, “You”, “Your” refers to the individual or legal entity accessing or using the Apps.

• “Company”, “We”, Our”, “Us” refers to Asad Irfan.

• “Services” refers to all features, functionalities, content, and utilities provided through the Apps, including but not limited to business utilities, order fulfillment tools, logistics management applications, and transit software.

• Grammatical terms used in the singular include the plural and vice versa.

• References to any specific gender encompass all genders.

4. Proprietary Rights and License Grant

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all content, features, and source code available within the Apps—including but not limited to software, text, imagery, graphics, proprietary logos, and layout design—are owned by Asad Irfan or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to utilize the Apps strictly for personal, non-commercial use, subject to compliance with these Terms. Commercial entities utilizing our business or fulfillment tools are granted a limited license strictly for their internal business operations.

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Republishing or redistributing material from the Apps.

• Selling, renting, or sub-licensing any portion of the Apps.

• Reverse engineering, reproducing, duplicating, or copying intellectual property from the Apps.

• Exploiting app content without prior written authorization from us.

These Terms become effective immediately upon your first interaction with or use of any of the Apps.

5. Processing of User Content

Certain Apps require or permit you to upload, input, or submit data, files, records, images, or text (“User Content”) to execute specific system functionalities.

• User Content is processed solely to execute the requested features or services.

• Data processing may occur locally on your hardware or via secure third-party cloud infrastructure.

• Personal identifiers are not intentionally utilized unless explicitly required by a feature.

• Processing mechanisms may involve automated tools or Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems where applicable.

6. User Content Responsibilities and Warranties

For any features allowing the posting, distribution, entry, or submission of User Content, you retain exclusive accountability for such material. We do not pre-screen User Content and do not endorse user-submitted opinions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for User Content or any resulting damage, data loss, or business interruption.

By submitting User Content, you guarantee and warrant that:

• You possess the legitimate legal rights and permissions to submit the data.

• The content does not infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.

• The material is not illegal, abusive, harmful, or fraudulent.

• The content is not being utilized for unauthorized commercial operations or spam.

By submitting content, you grant Asad Irfan a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, host, modify, and display said User Content solely to operate, optimize, and maintain the Apps.

7. Third-Party Integrations

Our Apps may utilize third-party services, APIs, mapping utilities, or secure checkout technologies. We do not accept responsibility for the availability, operational accuracy, or business practices of these independent third parties. Your interactions with such services are governed strictly by their respective terms of service and privacy frameworks.

8. External Hyperlinking

Search engines, mainstream news outlets, and recognized online directories are permitted to link to our App listings without prior written consent, provided that the hyperlink is not deceptive, does not falsely imply sponsorship or endorsement, and fits logically within the context of the linking platform.

9. Visual Framing (iFrames)

You may not create frames, overlays, or visual embeddings around our Apps or web properties that alter their visual presentation or interface layout without express written approval.

10. Content Liability

We hold no liability for content appearing on third-party websites or platforms that link to or reference our Apps. You agree to defend and hold us harmless against all claims or legal demands arising from content hosted on your independent website or platform.

11. Reservation of Rights and Termination

We reserve the absolute right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Apps, request the immediate removal of specific hyperlinks, and modify or update these Terms at our sole discretion. Continuous utilization of the Apps following updates constitutes your formal acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Accuracy and Service Availability

We provide no guarantee that the Apps, features, or underlying content will be consistently accurate, uninterrupted, error-free, or available. We reserve the right to alter, suspend, or sunset any aspect of the Services, order flows, or business utilities at any time without prior notice or liability.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Apps and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
