End User License Agreement (EULA)

Asad Irfan (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides various mobile applications, systems, and digital utilities (each an “App” and collectively the “Apps”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or utilizing any App published under our developer credentials, you (“User” or “you”) explicitly agree to be legally bound by this End User License Agreement (“Agreement”). If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you must not download, install, or use the Apps, and you must immediately delete them from your device hardware.

1. Scope of This Agreement

This Agreement governs your native access to and use of the software application, including all updates, patches, features, functionalities, and embedded cloud services provided by Asad Irfan.

This Agreement applies uniformly across our entire publishing ecosystem, encompassing Islamic companion tools, digital games, business and commercial utilities, order fulfillment software, logistics management systems, and transit or mobility solutions. It does not apply to third-party integrations, external hardware dependencies, or third-party mapping and payment platforms that we do not own or control.

2. License Grant

Subject to your strict compliance with the terms of this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to download, install, and execute a copy of the App on an authorized mobile device running Apple iOS. This license is granted for personal use, except where our designated commercial utilities or operational logistics management tools are explicitly deployed for internal business workflows.

3. Usage Restrictions

You explicitly agree that you will not, and will not permit any third party to:

• Modify, copy, adapt, alter, distribute, or create derivative works from the App software or interface.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App, except as expressly permitted under applicable local statutory law.

• Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, redistribute, or transfer the App binary or access credentials to any third party.

• Utilize the software framework or its automated pipelines for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.

• Bypass, disable, or circumvent any digital rights management or security mechanisms built into the App infrastructure.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, titles, and legal interests in and to the Apps—including but not limited to underlying compiled code, graphical user interfaces, layout designs, audio assets, trademarks, proprietary text, and corporate branding—are owned exclusively by Asad Irfan or our external infrastructure licensors. You do not acquire any ownership stakes, copyright titles, or equity rights by interacting with or deploying the software.

5. User Content Protocols

Certain features across our software utilities permit you to input, submit, process, or upload files, list data, structural text, graphics, or transactional logs (“User Content”). You retain any pre-existing ownership rights over your native User Content. However, by inputting data into the App pipeline, you grant Asad Irfan a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive worldwide license to process, optimize, format, and display said content solely to execute the App's core software features and background functions.

6. Privacy Integration

Your interaction with the software environment is strictly governed by our integrated Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explicitly describes our data minimization frameworks, spatial geolocational data handling, processing of device identifiers, and third-party enterprise integrations.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable statutory law, the App is provided to you on an “as is” and “as available” basis, with all faults and without warranties of any kind.

Asad Irfan disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a specific functional purpose, uninterrupted service, or non-infringement. In no event shall Asad Irfan be held legally liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of corporate profits, business interruption, corruption of data logs, device hardware failure, or service delays arising from your deployment of the software.

8. Termination of Agreement

This license remains active until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by completely deleting the App and all cached files from your device. We reserve the absolute right to terminate this Agreement and revoke your software license at any time, without prior notification, if you fail to comply with any conditions stated herein. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and destroy all operational copies in your possession.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement, its legal interpretation, and any structural disputes arising from your use of the software shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Asad Irfan operates, independent of any conflicts of law principles.

10. Modifications to This Agreement

We reserve the right to revise, update, or modify this EULA document at our sole discretion. When modifications are finalized, the updated terms will be published online, and the "Last Updated" timestamp will be modified accordingly. Your continuous interaction with or execution of the App following updates constitutes formal legal acceptance of the revised terms.
