Privacy Policy
Last Updated: June 2026
Asad Irfan (“we”, “us”, or “our”) deeply values your privacy and is fully committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) articulates how we collect, utilize, process, store, and safeguard information when you interact with any mobile application published under the Asad Irfan developer account (collectively, the “Apps” or “Services”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, or utilizing our Apps, you explicitly consent to the data practices outlined in this Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, you must immediately cease all use of our Apps and Services.
1. Scope of This Policy
This Policy governs all mobile applications, utility tools, converters, PDF engines, editing suites, Artificial Intelligence (AI) features, Islamic companion tools, mobile games, business and commercial utilities, order fulfillment tools, logistics management applications, and transit or mobility software published by Asad Irfan.
This Policy does not extend to, nor do we accept responsibility for, the privacy practices of independent third-party websites, applications, or services that we do not own, operate, or control.
2. Definitions
“User”, “You”, “Your” refers to any individual or legal entity utilizing our Apps.
“Company”, “We”, Our”, “Us” refers to Asad Irfan.
“Personal Information” denotes any data that identifies or can reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, to a specific individual.
If you utilize these Apps on behalf of a corporate entity, business, or organization, you represent and warrant that you possess the legal authority to bind that organization to this Policy.
3. Information Collection Principles and Categories
We strictly adhere to data minimization principles, ensuring we only collect the data required to safely operate, maintain, and optimize our Apps.
Depending on which specific App or feature you interact with, we may process the following categories of data:
Technical Metadata: Basic hardware information, operating system versions, network status, and unique application build parameters.
Performance Diagnostics: Fully anonymized usage telemetry, crash logs, and performance metrics for troubleshooting.
User-Initiated Content: Materials, files, or text explicitly provided or uploaded by you to directly execute an app function.
Geolocational Data: Spatial and location-related markers, which are processed to facilitate platform-related tracking, location-aware services, routing, or regional computations based on your position.
Commercial and Transactional Data: Account histories, transactional inputs, operational metrics, list selections, and service records processed during your use of our commercial and fulfillment tools.
4. Photo, Face Data, and Biometric Processing Specifications
Certain Apps incorporate advanced image processing capabilities (including Face Analysis and visual adjustments). This section explicitly outlines our protocols regarding face data and image metrics:
Data Input: When utilizing these features, the application processes the specific image file selected or captured by you from your device hardware (encompassing any face data or visual likeness therein).
Collection Method: Images are accessed exclusively via explicit user interaction (upload or paste actions). We do not silently harvest background photos.
Secure Third-Party API Sharing: To deliver computational results, your selected image is transmitted a single time over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) to our trusted third-party AI infrastructure providers (e.g., OpenAI, xAI Grok). The data is shared strictly to generate your real-time analysis or graphical enhancement and present it back to you within the App interface.
Permitted Data Utilization: Visual data is utilized strictly for real-time computational execution of your specific, single request.
Explicit Prohibitions: We strictly prohibit the use of your images or face data for unauthorized biometric identification, marketing profile compilation, facial recognition database training, or target advertising.
Vendor Compliance: Our upstream AI providers process request data under their respective legal terms. You may review their frameworks here:
OpenAI Privacy Framework
xAI Privacy Framework
Data Retention Ceilings: We do not retain, cache, or store your photos or face data on our servers. Transmission data is cleared immediately upon delivery of the computational output.
5. Children's Privacy Protections
Our Apps are strictly tailored for audiences meeting or exceeding the minimum age limits displayed in the regional App Store listings.
While our Islamic apps and mobile games are designed to be family-friendly, we do not knowingly or intentionally collect, solicit, or maintain Personal Information from children under the age of 13. If you possess reasonable grounds to believe a child has inadvertently submitted Personal Information through our platform, please contact us immediately, and we will execute swift deletion protocols.
6. Permitted Uses of Information
Data processed through our infrastructure is utilized exclusively to:
Initialize, sustain, and authenticate core App operations, features, and system configurations.
Execute user-directed operations, order flows, calculations, or platform communications.
Diagnose runtime errors and elevate software stability.
Detect, prevent, and mitigate security threats, operational fraud, or terms violations.
Satisfy binding legal or local statutory integration obligations.
We do not monetize your data or exploit information for commercial marketing campaigns unless explicitly declared within a distinct app interface.
7. Processing Frameworks for User Content
For Apps processing user-uploaded materials (such as images, PDFs, business metrics, or textual data):
Content is processed under strict pipeline boundaries solely to perform the requested operation.
Our systems do not open, index, or review files beyond the automated parameters required for execution.
We do not use your source content for user profiling or algorithmic marketing.
Processing runs locally on your native hardware device whenever technically feasible, or via secure cloud clusters.
8. Third-Party Integrations and Partnerships
To facilitate specialized functionalities, we leverage trusted enterprise service providers for cloud processing, checkout integrations, mapping and navigation utility providers, diagnostics, and AI capabilities.
These infrastructure partners are contractually restricted to processing information solely for system execution. We explicitly do not sell, lease, rent, or trade your Personal Information to third-party data brokers.
9. Retention Frameworks
We preserve basic technical, commercial, or transactional data only for the duration required to satisfy the functional mandates outlined in this Policy, satisfy local business statutory requirements, or resolve active disputes.
Temporary user content files (including images) are discarded immediately post-execution. Anonymized, aggregated system telemetry or high-score game data may be retained indefinitely for performance mapping since it cannot be reverse-engineered to identify your persona.
10. External Hyperlinks
Our Services may occasionally reference or display hyperlinks leading to external web resources. We maintain zero authority over, and assume no liability for, the content or privacy architectures of external web properties. We strongly advise inspecting their independent privacy policies.
11. Security Architecture
We enforce standard technical, administrative, and physical security measures to shield your data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or interception. Data payloads and active location streams are encrypted using standard industry-recognized protocols (SSL/TLS). However, no digital transmission can be guaranteed as absolute, and users transmit data at their own risk.
12. Incident Response and Breach Protocols
In the unlikely event of an unauthorized data breach impacting system security, we will take prompt corrective action to:
Isolate, investigate, and mitigate the underlying security vulnerability.
Notify impacted users directly through the App or official channels where legally mandated.
Cooperate fully with relevant data protection authorities and law enforcement bodies.
13. Policy Revisions
We reserve the right to modify or adjust this Privacy Policy at our discretion. When updates are published, the "Last Updated" timestamp at the apex of this document will shift accordingly. Your continued interaction with the Apps after revisions take effect confirms your formal alignment with the updated Policy.
14. Formal Acceptance
By deploying, accessing, or launching any application published by Asad Irfan, you verify that you have thoroughly read, understood, and consented to the conditions of this Privacy Policy.
15. Contact and Support Channels
