Registration terms and conditions

1. The PG students will have to submit a copy of their identity card. Please write your date of completion on the copy of identity card. If your date of completion is before 25th Oct 2018 then you will have to register as a delegate.
2. Accompanying person’s registration will cover meal coupons only. All children above 5 years will require to register as accompanying person.
3. Cancellation terms
   1. All cancellations should be in writing and sent to IAPSCON 2018 Secretariat.
   2. Cancellations received after 30/7/2018 will be entitled for only 60% refund of the amount paid.
   3. Cancellations received after 30/8/2018 will be entitled for only 30% refund of the amount paid.
   4. No refund for cancellation made after 1/9/2018.
   5. The refund process will begin only 30 days after the completion of the conference
4. Avoid planning for spot registration, as prior registration will help the organisers to make better arrangements
5. IAPS President and Secretary are given Honorary registration from organisers (due to financial constraints any additional or joint secretaries and other office bearers are requested to register as paid delegate similarly participating faculty should also register as paid delegates).
6. Please note that the online payment through Net Banking / credit cards will attract nominal additional charges over the amount you intend to pay. This may vary with your bank.
