How do you assess work?

I asked students to set goals. The goal was the assessment.

How do you plan a course, a program?

I talk one on one. I then ask each student to plan their journey.

What do you do in class?

My classes have three parts; my time, your time and our time.

What is the one on one conversation?

I ask students what they want to become. I tell them about how I work.

What happens to students?

They take control. They start building a newer version of themselves.
