This project was about knowing better Word to improve the way to do documents.
1 . Styles and Themes
Use Headings and Themes to organize your document and keep the same formatting, this will also help to do Table of Contents.
2 . Line spacing
Use line spacing so, the text look more organized, I suggest between 1.15 and 2.0.
3 . Align text
Use the tap bottom to start each paragraph and keep constant, only center the title.
4 . Pictures
Add imagens, give Alt text and insert caption to make reader easy to understand what they are seeing .
5 . Headers and Page numbers
Shows your name, date and the page number, to make it look more professional.
6 . Bullets or Tables
Looks organized and makes easy for readers to understand the information.
7 . Reference
Use the reference tab to add source or citations, you can use AP or MLA between others.
8 . Spell Check
Use the spell checker to find grammar mistakes you may not notice.
From this assignment I learned to use reference I think knowing these tips helps and make easier to do documents, also make look professional.
