1. Inbox, emails that have send it to you.
2. Folder, you make to organize your email, just like in your computer.
Now know a little bit of what you need to know, before sending an email.

1 . TO, and CC
Shows TO who are you sending an email and CC where you select people you want to see your conversation.
2 . BCC
BCC shows the email to many people without them knowing.
3 . Subject
You need to give people a hit of what the email contains otherwise it will go to spam.
4 . The body
Where you put the information, you want to give someone else (always be professional).
5 . Signature file
You need a signature, so people it identifies you easily also give professionalism to your email.
6 . Toolbar/Ribbon
Where you can edit your letters styles, change colors, attach file or links.

To make a Signature you will see this icon
To make it professional you should add your email address, your full name and your school or program.
