Our group focuses on changes in the ribosome and its synthesis in the nucleoli under various stressed conditions in mammalian cells;
in particular
1) alternations in ribosome composition affecting protein expression
2) alternations in pre-ribosomal particles triggering the quality control of ribosome assembly

を駆使することで
疾患・ストレス特異的なリボソームの変化と核小体プレリボソームの変化を明らかにする
ことを目指しています
またIABプロテオミクスファシリティとして研究所内サンプルのプロテオーム解析支援を担当しています
学部生・修士課程・博士課程の学生も募集中です
