Diagnosing for Initiative Success - Why haven’t your previous interventions/ professional learning been successful? What needs to be in place to guarantee success in moving from your current reality to your desired state? Join us for an interactive conversation on the integration of the theory of change, root cause analysis, and the KASAB to assure a positive impact on student learning.
Outcomes:
Diagnose the underlying issues of concern
Understand the roles of theory of change, root cause analysis, and KASAB in moving from current reality to desired state
Prepare to “do the work” that’s hidden in the “black box” nal Framework 101 by Learning Focused

My hope for us is to: realize that multiple roads lead to success in curriculum resource adoption; investigate and compare different processes used by the “experts”; begin (or continue) to develop and refine a plan of action that works for our individual situations.
